Unfortunately, as with any business, mistakes can happen. If you have a query about your invoice and believe that you have perhaps been charged for something which has been incorrectly charged, our billing department will happily talk you through the invoice and investigate any issues for you. 


If we find that you have been incorrectly charged, the amount will be issued as a credit on your account and taken off your service charges on your next bill(s).
