Visual voicemail is where your voicemails are displayed in your voicemail tab in your phone app.
This means once selected these are listed for you to access, listen to and/or delete as you please.
To activate your visual voicemail, contact us at support@ice-comms.co.uk or 0333 202 5000 option 1 for Customer Services then option 1 for Mobiles and a member of the team will be happy to assist.
This function does take up to 24 hours to activate onto your device.
